MY REVIEW
The Do Over is A.L. Zaun’s debut novel and boy oh boy what a debut! It is funny, witty, steamy and who doesn’t love a good love triangle!
The Do Over a solid 4.5 read!
Daniela (Dani) Ruzi has rebuilt her life around her kindle, 2 bff’s and work. She had her heart stomped all over by her ex-boyfriend Rick Marin and has no intentions of letting that happen again. Her friends have have other plans for Dani and are hell bent on getting her back into the dating game.
“Keeping my Kindle was my Constitutional right. But, since I also didn’t want alienate myself from my friends, I conceded."
Rich Marin is the ultimate playboy living the dream life in Miami. By day, he is moving up the ladder in his family’s successful business and by night he is well known in the Miami club scene. Rick is the guy we all love to hate.
Liam Lucas is a Lieutenant with the Miami Dade Fire Department. Liam is tall, lean, very athletic and all wrapped around a heart of gold. After losing his father while only a teenager, Liam learned the value of family and not taking life for granted.
Liam and Dani have an immediate attraction and one that Liam is hell bent on pursuing. After a chance meeting Liam offers to take Dani home but not before a stop off at his favorite secluded beach.
